Colour Medicine Ball

This medicine ball is made of heavy duty one peace of rubber and specially weighted for strength training sessions and rehabilitation. Athletes also use it to train the pectoral and arm muscles. This kind of ball has a bounce. The balls are graded in weight from 1 to 5 kg. They are painted in one colour depending on a weight. The balls have different diameters depending on their weights such as: 1 kg – Ø 19,5 cm, 2 kg – Ø 19,5 cm, 3 kg – Ø 23 cm, 4 kg – Ø 23 cm, 5 kg – Ø 27 cm.
