Soft Plyo Box Set
The set especially designed and widely used for jump training. It helps a customer to do exercise in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of legs power increasing . It trains to get focused on explosive manner of specialized repeated jumping. The set of soft plyo boxes like has 4 boxes of different sizes which made up of heavy duty vinyl fabric and inside filled up with high density EVA sheet. The bases of each boxes have equal sizes (60 cm * 60 cm), but their heights are different and have 15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm and 60 cm accordingly. Each box of the set has specific Velcro straps to stack and connect for avoiding movement during practice.
