Plyometrics is jump training. It is the exercise in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of power increasing such as speed-strength. This training focuses on learning how to move from a muscle extension to a contraction in a rapid or “explosive” manner in specialized repeated jumping. The box has 3 different height options in one plyo box such as 51 cm, 61 cm and 75 cm. It is made up of heavy fabric outside and has EP foam sheet inside.
