The product is designed to develop foot speed, lateral speed, balance and first step quickness. This Stepper is useful for adult athletes first of all, because has 3 multiple bands which allow athletes to train with different levels of resistance (light, medium and heavy) or use all the bands simultaneously for more higher resistance.
